Engineering firms must demonstrate experience in successful design and oversight of municipal water system construction. Grant administration consultants must demonstrate compliance with state and federal grant regulations. The final scope of services will be negotiated with selected awardee(s) prior to contract execution.
The Selection Committee will evaluate qualifications on firm stability (10%), relevant project experience and qualifications (35%), past performance including references and quality of leadership (35%), and apparent suitability for the project including special qualifications, workload capacity, office proximity, non-discrimination policies, and W/MBE inclusion history (20%). A Restriction of Communication applies from RFQ issue through selection announcement, prohibiting proposers from communicating with Selection Committee members or City officials except through submitted questions.
Questions are due July 15, 2026 at 12:00 PM EST. Finalist notifications will issue July 31, 2026, with Selection Committee interviews scheduled for the week of August 10–14.
