The City will evaluate proposals based on management plan and approach, contractor qualifications, and firm pricing throughout the contract duration. Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes by 2:00 p.m. on March 11, 2026, containing one signed original, two copies, and one electronic PDF copy. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for February 10, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Dunwoody City Hall, and written questions must be submitted by 2:00 p.m. on February 17, 2026, with contract award anticipated within 90 days of proposal opening.

The RFP does not identify any set-aside designations or restrictions limiting the types of organizations that may respond, nor does it specify disadvantaged enterprise requirements or incumbent vendors. Contractors will enter into separate standard contracts with each city at proposed rates and will be compensated through monthly invoices based on actual work performed, with materials reimbursed as pass-through costs at no markup and no sales tax. The contractor must respond to emergency calls within two hours of notification, maintain established weekday business hours, and adhere to a tiered work order schedule requiring completion within 24 hours for Priority 1 items through as-directed completion for Priority 4 items. No specific award value or budget range is disclosed in the RFP documentation, as pricing is proposed by contractors and will be evaluated as a component of the overall proposal assessment.
