All workers must be paid at least prevailing wage rates. A one-time mobilization fee capped at 5% of the total bid is permitted. The vendor is responsible for all toll costs and toll tag acquisition. Pricing shall be submitted on a detailed Bid Table with line-item bids for all personnel and services; vendors may request annual rate adjustments based on CPI-W capped at 3% each renewal year.
