The procurement does not specify incumbent vendors or existing infrastructure requirements beyond the county-approved development plans. Potential developers will need to review the full RFP document for precise qualification criteria, though the project seems designed to attract experienced land development entities with demonstrated capacity to purchase, manage, and complete a residential development initiative. The RFP suggests the property represents a significant development opportunity, though specific budget ranges or precise property valuation are not disclosed in the summary information. Interested parties are advised to thoroughly review the complete RFP documentation available on the county and state procurement websites to understand the full scope of requirements and potential project parameters.
