Compensation is negotiated on a unit-of-service basis, with applicants proposing hourly rates. The estimated volume is approximately 40 clients per year, each receiving four hours of case management per week for up to 34 weeks annually. The source does not state specific funding amounts for fiscal years 2028 through 2031; funding comes from state general funds. The initial term runs July 1, 2027 through June 30, 2029, with a potential two-year extension through June 30, 2031, contingent upon appropriation and satisfactory performance.
