RFP GMU-ER0103-24, Photography & Videography Services

Paragraph 1:

George Mason University (Mason), a public institution of higher education in Virginia, is seeking qualified vendors to provide on-going, as-needed photography and videography services through a Request for Proposals (RFP) process. The services will support various Mason departments, including the Office of University Branding, the Washington Scholars Program, Intercollegiate Athletics, and the Antonin Scalia Law School. The RFP aims to establish a roster of highly qualified contractor photographers and videographers to meet the University's needs at reasonable pricing. The services must be provided on a "Work-Made-For-Hire/Buy-Out" basis, and Mason will retain all rights to the deliverables. Proposals are due on March 27, 2024 by 2:00 PM ET, and the contract will have an initial one-year term with four one-year renewal options. Mason will evaluate proposals based on the quality of services, vendor qualifications, proposed methodology, pricing, and small, women-owned, or minority-owned business (SWaM) certification status.

Paragraph 2:

The RFP is open to all qualified vendors, with no set-aside designations or restrictions on the types of organizations that can respond. The procurement is for the jurisdictions of Fairfax County and Falls Church City in the state of Virginia, but no incumbent vendors or current contractors are listed. The RFP does not provide any information on the potential award value or budget range for the services.
