The contractor is responsible for site assessment, system design, labor, materials, equipment, software, training, testing, and warranty services to replace the existing system installed in 2018.
The estimated annual project cost is $75,000, with monthly invoicing and payment due within 30 days. Contractors must comply with Georgia's E-Verify requirements under O.C.G.A. 13-10-91 and maintain comprehensive insurance including Workers Compensation, Commercial General Liability of $1 million per occurrence, Automobile Liability of $1 million, Fidelity Insurance of $50,000, and Umbrella Liability of $2 million, with the County named as additional insured.
