About this opportunity
The City of Alpharetta is soliciting proposals for RFP 25-117, seeking on-call electrical services specifically for park infrastructure and facilities. This procurement opportunity is centered in Fulton County, Georgia, and requires electrical service providers to submit comprehensive proposals for ongoing park electrical maintenance and repair work. The request for proposals (RFP) will be exclusively available through the city's Bonfire procurement website, with all submissions mandated to be uploaded electronically by June 6, 2025, at 10:00 AM. Vendors must complete online registration and login to access detailed RFP documentation, with strict prohibitions against hard copy, mail, fax, or email submissions. The city reserves the right to reject any non-responsive or non-responsible proposals and maintains discretion to waive technical irregularities to secure the most advantageous contract for municipal interests.
While specific set-aside designations are not explicitly detailed in the provided documentation, potential respondents should anticipate standard municipal procurement requirements for electrical service providers. The procurement process emphasizes electronic submission through the Bonfire platform, suggesting a preference for technologically capable vendors with robust digital infrastructure. Vendors are advised that direct communication with city staff is prohibited and may result in automatic disqualification, with all official communications to be conducted exclusively through the designated Bonfire project webpage. Though specific budget ranges are not disclosed, on-call electrical services for parks typically represent ongoing municipal maintenance contracts with potential annual values ranging from $50,000 to $250,000, depending on the scope and complexity of park electrical infrastructure. Interested electrical service providers should carefully review all RFP documentation and ensure compliance with submission requirements to be considered for this municipal contract opportunity.
