The procurement appears to be open to professional vendors specializing in fire alarm system upgrades for educational facilities. No incumbent vendor information or specific budget range is provided in the available documentation. The scope of work clearly requires technical expertise in fire alarm system design, installation, and integration, suggesting that proposers should have demonstrable experience in similar educational or institutional settings. Potential respondents will need to carefully review the complete RFP and attend the mandatory site visit to fully understand the project's technical requirements and expectations. The comprehensive site visit and strict attendance requirements underscore the district's commitment to selecting a highly qualified vendor capable of executing a complex fire alarm system upgrade that meets all safety and regulatory standards.
