The RFP includes minority and women-owned business participation goals, and offerors are required to submit documentation of their good faith efforts to meet these goals. Pricing will be subject to negotiation, and the City reserves the right to award multiple contracts under this solicitation. The total budget for this project is $50,000, and the VR system must be completed within 90 days of contract award.
