The current contractor is American Campus Communities Services, Inc., which received management fees of $353,289 in fiscal year 2025. Written questions are due September 23, 2026. Attendance at the September 16 site visit is mandatory; RSVPs must be submitted to marino.pawlowski@csi.cuny.edu by September 15 at 4:00 p.m.
