About this opportunity

This is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) issued by the Maryland Stadium Authority (MSA) on behalf of Kent County Public Schools (KCPS) for Architectural Services for the Kent County Middle School project. This project is being undertaken pursuant to the Built to Learn Act of 2020, which authorizes MSA to engage in the renovation and/or replacement of KCPS' buildings. The RFQ requires Offerors to submit a Statement of Qualifications, and the evaluation criteria are not specified.

The RFQ does not mention any set-aside designations or restrictions on the types of organizations that can respond. Additionally, it does not provide any information about incumbent vendors, current contractors, existing infrastructure, or technology that requires integration. The RFQ also does not include any details about possible award values or budget ranges for the project.
