The City intends to award a primary contract but reserves the right to select secondary vendors. The contract term is 12 months with two one-year renewal options. The RFP does not specify any set-aside designations or restrictions on the types of organizations that can respond. The current incumbent vendor is not named. The RFP does not provide an estimated contract value or budget range, but notes that pricing will be negotiated after bid submission prior to the City Council's final award decision. Bidders must list any subcontractors and provide references.
