Award criteria include completeness of submittal, contractor qualifications and experience with similar school projects, design and budget competitiveness, reputation for quality and on-time/on-budget performance, financial credibility, and ability to meet the project schedule. The Playground Committee will recommend a bid on February 27, 2018, with the School Board awarding the contract on March 12, 2018, construction anticipated to begin in March/April 2018, and substantial completion targeted for mid-April 2018 with final completion by April 30, 2018.
