Award will be based on the responsive bid offering the lowest price meeting all specifications, with consideration given to past performance, references, and financial stability documentation. Bids must include completed certifications of financial condition, HUB supplemental vendor information, worker location information, and manufacturer warranty documentation.
FOB Destination pricing must incorporate all shipping, delivery, handling, and administrative fees. Invoices may not be paid until goods have been inspected and accepted by the state. The vendor shall designate a contract manager as the state's point of contact. Written questions were due June 12, 2026; state responses were provided June 16, 2026. Public bid opening will be conducted via Microsoft Teams conference call.
