About this opportunity
Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority is requesting quotes for control relays (NIGP 2101247) with quotes due October 12, 2026. DART registration via Bonfire is required to access specification details and the BidTable response form.
Specification details and line-item quantities are accessible only through the Bonfire platform's in-browser BidTable; the source does not disclose the scope beyond the commodity code descriptor. All quotes must include FOB Destination freight terms with shipping costs embedded in the overall price; FOB Origin and Prepay and Add terms are not accepted. Timely delivery at the rate specified is material to the order; failure to meet delivery schedules is grounds for rejection and default termination.
Contract value and term are not stated in the accessible source material. Payment terms are Net 30; invoices must be submitted in triplicate (marked "Original," "Copy 1," "Copy 2") to APInvoices@dart.org and must itemize the purchase order number, item number, description, sizes, quantities, unit prices, and extended totals. Payment is made 30 days from invoice receipt or 30 days from order receipt, whichever is later, unless alternate terms are agreed in writing. The Authority retains the right to terminate for default if the seller fails to perform any provision within the specified time. DART's complete purchase order Terms and Conditions are available in Supporting Documentation.

--- ***BONFIRE REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED TO ACCESS DETAILS / BIDTABLE*** *To access details / BidTable, please initiate the "Prepare Your Submission" process at the bottom of the page -- Thereafter, locate the in-browser BidTable window and scroll right for project details and vendor response fields.* --- **PURCHASE ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS** -- All purchase orders are subject to Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority's Terms and Conditions. The complete PO Terms and Conditions PDF is available for download in the "Supporting Documentation" section below. **Freight Terms Notice -** Please ensure that all bids/quotes reflect FOB Destination shipping terms with the freight cost included in the overall price. DART does not typically accept FOB Origin or Prepay and Add terms. **Delivery Terms Notice -** Time and rate of deliveries are of the essence of this order. Seller's failure to deliver at the time and rate specified shall be the basis for rejection and default termination by the Authority (*Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority*). **Payment Terms Notice -** All vendors are advised that DART's payment terms are Net 30. Invoices shall be submitted (APInvoices@dart.org) in triplicate (one copy shall be marked 'Original"), unless otherwise specified, and shall contain the following information: purchase order number; item number; purchase order description of supplies, services, or construction; sizes; quantities; unit prices; and extended totals. Unless otherwise specified, payment will be made on partial deliveries accepted by the Authority when the amount due on such deliveries so warrants. *Invoices will be paid 30 days from receipt of the invoice or 30 days from receipt of the order, whichever is later, unless other payment terms have been agreed upon in writing.* **Termination for Default Notice -** The Contracting Officer may by written notice terminate this order, in whole or in part, for failure of the Seller to perform any of the provisions hereof within the time periods specified. In such event, the Seller shall be liable for damages, including the excess cost of reprocuring similar supplies or services or completing construction; provided that, if (i) it is determined for any reason that the Seller was not in default, or (ii) the Seller's failure to perform is without his and his subcontractor's control, fault, or negligence, the termination shall be deemed to be a termination for convenience under paragraph 12. As used in this provision, the term "subcontractor" and "subcontractors" means subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers at any level.
