About this opportunity

Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) Authority is seeking procurement for a RELAY-64, GROUND, STRUCTURE [VG Controls] with reference number 2094828, with bid submissions required through the Bonfire registration platform. The procurement opportunity is specifically located in Dallas County, Texas, with proposals due by September 11, 2025. The solicitation requires vendors to provide detailed pricing and specifications for the requested equipment, with strict delivery terms emphasizing the critical nature of timely procurement. Vendors must submit comprehensive bids reflecting FOB Destination shipping terms, with freight costs fully integrated into the overall pricing structure. Potential bidders are required to complete the "Prepare Your Submission" process within the Bonfire platform and carefully review all documentation, including the comprehensive Purchase Order Terms and Conditions PDF available in the supporting documentation section. DART has established specific submission requirements, including detailed invoice documentation and adherence to precise delivery and performance standards.

The procurement opportunity appears to be open to all qualified vendors, with no explicit set-aside designations or restrictions mentioned in the available documentation. DART's purchase order terms include standard commercial provisions such as equal opportunity employment commitments and certification requirements preventing association with foreign terrorist organizations. The payment terms are clearly defined as Net 30, with invoices to be submitted electronically to APInvoices@dart.org and requiring specific detailed documentation. While a specific award value is not explicitly stated, the procurement appears to be for specialized VG Controls equipment related to relay and ground structure components. Vendors should note that DART reserves the right to terminate orders for default and requires strict adherence to delivery schedules and performance expectations. The legal jurisdiction for any potential disputes is specified as Texas state law, with Dallas County designated as the venue for potential legal actions related to the purchase order.
