About this opportunity

The Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART) is seeking qualified vendors to supply goods or services through purchase order 2098349, posted on March 17, 2026, with a submission deadline of April 17, 2026. While the specific goods or services to be procured are not detailed in the available documentation, interested vendors must access the complete project specifications and bidding requirements through the BONFIRE registration system by initiating the "Prepare Your Submission" process and locating the in-browser BidTable, which contains project details and vendor response fields. All submissions must comply with DART's standard Purchase Order Terms and Conditions, which govern acceptance, delivery, inspection, modifications, and dispute resolution across all DART purchases. Freight must be quoted on an FOB Destination basis with all shipping costs included in the overall bid price, and delivery schedules are deemed essential to the contract, with failure to meet specified delivery timelines and rates constituting grounds for rejection and default termination. Payment will be made on a Net 30 basis from the later of invoice receipt or order receipt, with invoices submitted in triplicate to APInvoices@dart.org containing the purchase order number, item number, description, sizes, quantities, unit prices, and extended totals. The evaluation criteria and specific technical qualifications required are contained within the confidential BidTable and supporting documentation accessible only through vendor registration.

The available documentation does not specify any set-aside designations, disadvantaged enterprise restrictions, or preferences for particular vendor classifications. No incumbent vendors, current contractors, or existing infrastructure integration requirements are identified in the posted materials. Similarly, no specific award value or budget range is disclosed in the summary documentation provided; vendors must access the complete procurement details through the BONFIRE system to determine the financial scope of the opportunity. All contractual matters are governed by Texas law with exclusive venue in Dallas County, and DART maintains exemption from Texas state and local sales and use taxes. Vendors responding to this opportunity must ensure familiarity with DART's complete Terms and Conditions and all project-specific requirements contained within the BidTable prior to submission.
