Green site improvements addressing sustainability, landscape, stormwater management, pedestrian circulation, and outdoor-use goals must be integrated into the overall site plan. The selected consultant will serve as Engineer of Record and participate in approximately thirty-two biweekly construction administration meetings and record drawing preparation through construction completion.

Firms must demonstrate experience with public library and civic projects, CMAR delivery methods, cost estimating and budget management, biophilic design, WELL Building Standard principles, sustainable design practices, and project scheduling using Trimble Unity Construct software. The construction budget is approximately $25 million.
