About this opportunity
The City of Dallas is seeking bids for the purchase of a Tramedic Cabinet Kit through an informal solicitation process, with bids due by May 14, 2026. All products must be new, unopened, and in original packaging, with no alternatives or substitutes accepted. Bidders must submit proposals online via the Dallas City Hall Bonfire Hub portal and must price all items on a FOB delivery site basis to 3398 Tom Braniff Lane, Dallas, TX 75235, with freight costs included in the quoted prices. The solicitation requires that all quoted prices remain firm for thirty days following receipt unless extended by written agreement. The City of Dallas reserves the right to award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible vendor and may reject any or all quotes at its discretion. Evaluation will be based on competitive bidding, with the City retaining the authority to terminate contracts in whole or in part with compensation limited to goods or services delivered and accepted prior to termination.
The City of Dallas is exempt from federal excise taxes and state and local sales and use taxes, and vendors should not include these taxes in their quotes. All vendors must comply with the City's Conflict of Interest Policy, which implements Texas Local Government Code Chapter 176, requiring completion of a Conflict of Interest Questionnaire (Form CIQ) filed with the city's records administrator no later than the seventh business day after the vendor becomes aware of facts requiring disclosure. Vendors must have no outstanding unpaid liabilities with the City, including property taxes, hotel/motel occupancy taxes, licenses, permits, or utilities, and may be disqualified for collusion, fraudulent claims, financial instability, or arrearage on existing contracts. If work is performed on City property, vendors must provide current insurance certificates demonstrating general liability and workers compensation coverage prior to purchase order release. The solicitation documents do not specify a budget range or award value for this procurement opportunity.
