About this opportunity
The City of Raleigh is soliciting proposals for Master Service Agreements with one or more firms to provide on-call public art maintenance and fabrication services, with proposals due October 6, 2026.
The scope encompasses public art custom fabrication, installation, consultation, maintenance and repair, and utilities and footers related to public art installation. The MSA structure establishes an on-call service model whereby selected vendors respond to City needs on an as-needed basis throughout the contract period, allowing the City to issue task orders for specific work without conducting individual competitive procurements for each project or maintenance request.
Vendors must submit pricing rates or pricing methodologies for the various service categories as part of proposal evaluation. The City intends to maintain a pre-qualified contractor roster to ensure immediate deployment capability when maintenance, repair, installation, or fabrication needs arise across its public art program. The solicitation document is available as 2PRCR-RaleighArts-FY27-OnCallMaintCOR.pdf.
