About this opportunity
The Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART) is soliciting bids for the procurement of a multi-stock printer through this Texas state and local contract opportunity (Reference: 2097643). The solicitation was posted on January 23, 2026, with a bid due date of January 30, 2026. The procurement requires vendors to supply a multi-stock printer meeting DART's specifications, though specific technical requirements, quantities, and detailed specifications are contained within the in-browser BidTable accessible through the Bonfire registration and "Prepare Your Submission" process. Deliverables include the printer equipment itself, with all bids required to reflect FOB Destination shipping terms with freight costs included in the overall price. DART emphasizes that timely delivery is critical to this procurement, and failure to meet specified delivery schedules constitutes grounds for rejection and default termination. Vendors must be capable of meeting DART's Net 30 payment terms and must comply with all of DART's standard purchase order terms and conditions, including performance of inspections and tests to verify conformance to specifications, equal opportunity employment requirements, commercial warranties covering merchantable quality and fitness for intended use, and certifications regarding foreign terrorist organizations and Israel boycotts. All vendor inquiries and invoice submissions must follow DART's established procedures, including submission of invoices in triplicate to APInvoices@dart.org.
The solicitation documents do not specify set-aside designations, disadvantaged enterprise restrictions, incumbent vendors, or budget ranges; these details may be contained within the restricted-access BidTable or supporting documentation available only after Bonfire registration. Governing law is established as Texas law with venue in Dallas County. DART retains the right to make modifications to the order through written change orders, with equitable adjustments available if changes affect cost or delivery schedules, provided that claims for adjustment are submitted within 30 days of receiving the change order. Prospective vendors should note that payment will be processed 30 days from receipt of the invoice or 30 days from receipt of the order, whichever is later, unless alternative payment terms have been agreed upon in writing. The specific award value and detailed technical specifications for the multi-stock printer are accessible only through the Bonfire platform following registration and initiation of the submission preparation process.
