The procurement seeks complete, ready-for-operation equipment consisting of compatible components including trailers (ANDERSON Model LS510 or equal), pressure sprayers (PRESSURE PRO Model EB4040HC or equal), pumps (CAT Model 5PP3140CSS or equal), and surface cleaners (GENERAL PUMP Model DCFSCP20GZ or equal). Equipment specifications require a minimum of 4,000 PSI with 4.0 GPM output, dual filtration systems, a minimum 13 horsepower engine, 200-gallon polyethylene tank, 200 feet of 3/8" hose, and 36" wand with five pressure nozzles. All equipment must be new, of current manufacture at the time of bid submission, and include factory warranties with at least two complete shop repair manuals and maintenance instructions provided upon delivery. Quote responses were due by September 23, 2016, at 4:00 PM local time, with delivery required Tuesday through Thursday between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM to Palm Beach County Fleet Management at 2601 Vista Parkway, West Palm Beach, FL 33411.
