All electrical connections will be completed by TSA staff. This is a one-time purchase where time is of the essence, with bids due on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at 10:00 AM, and the final deadline for submitting questions being Thursday, April 9, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Bids may be submitted electronically to bids@tampasportsauthority.com or by hand delivery to Raymond James Stadium, Entrance B/C off Himes Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33607. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on evaluation criteria including price, conformity to specifications, financial ability, previous performance, facilities and equipment, delivery promise, and other reasonable factors. All pricing shall be quoted F.O.B. Tampa, Florida, excluding applicable taxes since the Authority is tax-exempt.

No incumbent vendors or set-asides are specified in this procurement. Awarded contractors must provide proof of active registration with the Florida Department of State, maintain all necessary licenses, comply with E-Verify requirements, and submit three references for similar projects completed in the Southeastern United States within the last five years. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities, defer award for forty-five days, and utilize applicable State of Florida contracts or Government Purchasing Council agreements. Payment is due approximately thirty days after invoice approval, and the contract is non-exclusive. No specific budget range is stated in the solicitation documents.
