PR 15055213 white fire safety notice decals with blackcopy (fire proof)

The state procurement opportunity PR 15055213 involves the acquisition of white fire safety notice decals with black copy, specifically designed to be fire-resistant, for Bronx County, New York. This contract appears to be focused on procuring safety signage for local government facilities or emergency response infrastructure. The posting was made on September 30, 2025, with a proposal submission deadline of October 2, 2025, indicating a very tight turnaround for potential vendors. While specific evaluation criteria are not explicitly detailed, vendors will likely need to demonstrate compliance with fire safety standards, provide accurate product specifications, and meet rapid production and delivery timelines. The procurement seeks vendors capable of producing high-quality, durable fire safety decals that can withstand extreme heat and maintain legibility during potential emergency scenarios.

The contract opportunity does not specify explicit set-aside designations or restrictions for disadvantaged business enterprises. Given the specialized nature of fire safety signage, potential respondents will likely need relevant manufacturing capabilities, expertise in safety signage production, and the ability to meet precise governmental specifications. The brevity of the procurement notice suggests this may be a relatively small-scale contract, potentially with a limited budget range. Vendors will need to provide comprehensive shipping information and estimated time of arrival (ETA) for the decals, indicating that logistical efficiency and reliable delivery are key considerations. While no incumbent vendors are mentioned, interested contractors should be prepared to demonstrate technical proficiency in producing fire-resistant safety decals that meet stringent governmental standards for emergency communication materials.
