About this opportunity

The County of Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services is soliciting proposals for Partnerships for Families services under RFP #25-0047, with proposals due December 18, 2026. Ten contracts will be awarded: one for each of the eight Service Planning Areas and two countywide contracts designated to serve Asian Pacific Islander and American Indian and Alaskan Native communities within Los Angeles County.

PFF services are short-term, family-centered interventions designed to diminish factors associated with child abuse and neglect. Awardees must demonstrate capacity to deliver culturally responsive, evidence-based interventions and meet DCFS performance and compliance standards throughout the contract period. The RFP establishes service delivery requirements and organizational qualifications necessary to meet contractual obligations across multiple geographic areas and populations.

Required forms and submission documentation are specified in PFFRFP_requiredforms.pdf. All proposals must include standardized forms to ensure consistent information regarding bidder qualifications, organizational capacity, and ability to deliver services to target populations. The full RFP document (PFFRFP25-0047.pdf) contains specific details on proposal submission deadlines, award timelines, contract terms, renewal options, pricing structures, funding amounts, and any minority or disadvantaged business enterprise set-asides or preferences.
