Park Bleachers

The Town of Fairhaven is seeking competitive quotes for aluminum bleachers, specifically a 5-row configuration with multiple length options for a public space, likely a sports field or community venue. This procurement opportunity is located in Bristol County, Massachusetts, with a proposal submission deadline of September 3, 2025. The request requires vendors to provide detailed pricing for bleachers of varying overall lengths, indicating the municipality's flexibility in meeting specific seating requirements. Potential suppliers must prepare comprehensive quotes that precisely match the specified 5-row aluminum bleacher configuration, demonstrating technical capability and competitive pricing. Vendors will be evaluated based on their ability to meet the technical specifications, provide accurate pricing, and potentially offer multiple configuration options to suit the town's needs.

While no specific set-aside designations or restrictions on vendor participation were explicitly mentioned in the available documentation, interested contractors should be prepared to demonstrate manufacturing capabilities, product quality, and competitive pricing for aluminum bleacher systems. The procurement does not indicate any preference for disadvantaged business enterprises or specific vendor classifications. No incumbent vendor information or existing infrastructure details were provided in the available documents. Similarly, no specific budget range or estimated award value was disclosed in the request for quotation. Potential vendors should carefully review the specifications and be prepared to submit comprehensive quotes that meet the technical requirements of a 5-row aluminum bleacher system by the September 3, 2025 deadline.
