Bidders must hold either a C-36 Plumbing Contractor or C-55 Water Conditioning Contractor license from the California Contractor State License Board, and must possess both a Water Distribution Operator Grade D2 or higher certification and a Water Treatment Operator Grade T2 or higher certification. The scope requires labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals for twice-monthly inspection and maintenance of pumps, filters, tanks, chemical systems, and associated plumbing and electrical systems. Services are scheduled for the first week and third week of each month during normal business hours (Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.), with appointments required three business days in advance. The contract includes provision for up to three diagnostic services; repair work is excluded. Compensation is flat-rate per semimonthly service with an estimated 72 services over the contract period.
The total contract budget is $33,000 for the three-year term extending from CDFW approval through June 30, 2029. Work is performed at 17372 Brook Trout Drive, Friant, California. Prevailing wage rates apply. Required insurance includes Commercial General Liability ($1 million per occurrence / $2 million aggregate), Automobile Liability ($1 million combined single limit), and Workers' Compensation with statutory limits. Questions are due September 3, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. to April Malik or Calvin Gooch.
