The procurement seeks a contractor to perform parking lot sweeping twice weekly on Sundays and Wednesdays between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., along with monthly pressure washing and steam cleaning of paved surfaces, building areas, and waste bin enclosures. The contract will have a thirty-six (36) month term, with a proposed start date of September 1, 2025. The procurement is specifically restricted to California State-certified small businesses, with strict qualification requirements including certification by the Department of General Services' Office of Small Business and Disabled Veteran Enterprise Services. Contractors must utilize truck-mounted equipment for parking lot sweeping and are prohibited from using trailer-mounted equipment. Additionally, bidders must comply with Executive Order N-6-22, which mandates that participants are not subject to economic sanctions against Russia, with potential bid rejection for non-compliance. The estimated total contract cost is $32,760.00, which will be paid monthly with potential pro-rata reductions for incomplete service periods. The bid is geographically relevant to multiple California jurisdictions, including San Diego County, Orange County, Riverside County, and San Bernardino County, though the specific service location is the Oceanside DMV Field Office. Bidders must demonstrate compliance with state regulations and maintain high standards of professional service throughout the contract term.
