The project includes a base bid covering all specified work, with four alternate bids available for additional scope items such as RTU replacement, entry cladding, a covered gazebo structure, and kitchen alterations. Liquidated damages of $500 per day will be assessed for delays beyond the contract completion date. The successful contractor will be required to furnish a performance bond for the full contract amount, with substantial project completion anticipated by September 30, 2026.
