Pricing is submitted as firm, fixed prices covering all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies for services during regular hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time) and outside regular hours if approved in writing. Price adjustments are permitted at HHSC's sole discretion only and must correlate with the Consumer Price Index using the formula specified in the IFB; any available decreases must be implemented immediately. The contract term runs September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2029, with no renewal options but a discretionary one-year extension at HHSC's sole discretion.

Required insurance includes workers' compensation ($1,000,000 per occurrence), commercial general liability ($1,000,000/$2,000,000 aggregate), commercial automobile liability ($1,000,000 combined single limit), professional liability ($1,000,000), and umbrella liability ($1,000,000).
