The project anticipates an estimated annual production of 90,000 kWh and requires contractors to be familiar with Oncor regulations and have established on-site safety standards. Proposers must submit pricing as a lump sum cost and cost per watt, with separate pricing for five-year operation and maintenance services. The City will waive municipal permitting fees, and the project is expected to be complete and operational by July 2026, with liquidated damages of $950 per calendar day for project delays.
