The maximum contract limit is $5,000,000 per year. Payment and performance bonds are not required. Liquidated damages apply based on work-order value, ranging from $100 per calendar day for work valued $0–$100,000 to $850 per day for projects valued $1–$2 million, with additional liquidated-damage provisions for lane closures during peak-traffic, leaf-season, summer, and holiday periods on designated interstate, U.S., and state routes.
