Sacramento County Water Agency is requesting proposals for on-call general engineering services supporting capital improvement and facility projects in Sacramento County and San Francisco, with proposals due September 14, 2026. The scope encompasses mechanical, civil, structural, electrical, fiber optic, and control systems engineering services including treatment plant design and upgrades, well site equipping, site improvements, transmission main design, and associated electrical and structural systems. Sacramento County Water Agency may terminate without cause upon 30 days' written notice or immediately for material breach or fund unavailability. All work must comply with prevailing wage requirements under California Labor Code.
