The solicitation is initially offered to certified HUBS and M/WBE vendors before release to the general vendor pool if adequate quotes are not received.
The scope is Eastman Chemical 2380 turbine oil; offerors may also submit alternative manufacturer and part numbers. The estimated quantity is 8 drums as the primary line item, with space for two additional items at 1 unit each. Quantities are estimates and do not represent a guarantee of purchase.
All pricing must be submitted on an FOB Destination basis with all freight charges, handling, and applicable discounts included in the unit price. Offerors must designate a delivery method—common carrier or vendor delivery—and provide company name, authorized representative name, and email address on the provided quote sheet.
Award will be made to the lowest responsive offer meeting stated qualifications. The City reserves the right to compare quotes on individual line items, categories, aggregate price, or other bases it deems most advantageous. Contractors must maintain commercial general liability insurance with minimum limits of $500,000 per occurrence, comply with applicable federal and state law, complete wage theft training within 30 days of award, and certify non-debarment status and non-discrimination compliance prior to execution.
