About this opportunity

The Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART) is issuing a purchase order for oil and low-pressure vapor (LRV) compressor equipment under contract opportunity number 2097854. The procurement is being conducted in Dallas County, Texas, and requires vendors to register in the BONFIRE system to access detailed specifications and the bid table. The due date for submissions is February 11, 2026, with the opportunity posted on February 5, 2026. Specific deliverables, technical specifications, quantities, and evaluation criteria are contained within the BONFIRE BidTable, which bidders must access through the "Prepare Your Submission" process on the posting platform. All bids must reflect FOB Destination shipping terms with freight costs included in the overall price, and delivery timeliness is a critical requirement, with failure to meet specified delivery schedules subject to rejection and default termination. Vendors must comply with DART's standard Purchase Order Terms and Conditions, including submission of invoices in triplicate to APInvoices@dart.org, adherence to Net 30 payment terms, and compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local procurement requirements.

The procurement opportunity does not specify set-aside designations for disadvantaged enterprises or other restricted categories in the available documentation; however, all responding vendors must certify compliance with equal opportunity employment requirements, conflict-of-interest provisions, and foreign policy certifications including non-boycott of Israel provisions as mandated by DART's standard terms and conditions. No incumbent vendors or current contractors are identified in the posting materials, and no specific budget range or award value is disclosed in the available documentation. Vendors responding to this opportunity must demonstrate their capability to meet delivery schedules, maintain commercial warranty standards, and comply with inspection and acceptance procedures at the destination. The complete procurement requirements, including technical specifications, quantities, and any applicable set-aside information, are available exclusively through the BONFIRE registration and bid table portal, which prospective bidders must access to develop competitive responses.
