About this opportunity

The Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART) is soliciting bids for the procurement identified as NUT, ADJUSTER (Contract 2099037) in Dallas County, Texas. The specific goods or services to be procured are not detailed in the available documentation, as vendors must register in the BONFIRE system and initiate the submission process to access complete project details and the BidTable. The procurement is subject to DART's standard Purchase Order Terms and Conditions, which establish strict delivery requirements as essential to contract performance. Vendors must submit bids reflecting FOB Destination shipping terms with freight costs included in overall pricing, as DART does not accept FOB Origin or Prepay and Add arrangements. The deadline for bid submission is May 15, 2026, with the opportunity posted on April 30, 2026. Payment terms are established at Net 30, calculated from the later of invoice receipt or order receipt date, with invoices submitted in triplicate to APInvoices@dart.org. Sellers must warrant that all supplies, services, or construction are of merchantable quality, suitable for intended use, and comply with product descriptions and specifications.

The documentation provided does not specify any set-aside designations, disadvantaged enterprise restrictions, or incumbent vendor information for this procurement. DART reserves the right to terminate orders for convenience or default, with termination for convenience limiting payment to supplies delivered or services completed and accepted prior to termination. All sellers must certify compliance with restrictions on contracts with designated Foreign Terrorist Organizations and affirm non-boycott policies regarding Israel. The agreement is governed by Texas law with venue in Dallas County. No specific award value or budget range is disclosed in the available contracting documents. Interested vendors should access the BONFIRE system registration portal immediately to review complete project specifications and respond to the detailed requirements prior to the May 15, 2026 deadline.
