About this opportunity
Broward College is requesting information from qualified vendors to provide nursing program excellence and NCLEX success consulting services under RFI 2027-006-OA, with responses due September 15, 2026 at 2:30 p.m. ET via Demandstar. This is an information-gathering process; submission does not guarantee a future competitive procurement or convey preference in subsequent procurement.
The College's Associate of Science in Nursing program, operating since 1973 across three campuses (North, Central, and South) and serving over 500 students, requires consulting services to assess program operations, NGN-mapped curriculum outcomes, and remediation workflows; audit and support probation exit strategy; strengthen NCLEX readiness initiatives; and establish regional clinical partnerships with premier healthcare providers including Memorial Healthcare, Broward Health, Holy Cross Health, Baptist Florida, and HCA East Florida.
Vendors must deliver five primary items: an independent NCLEX Root Cause Analysis and Validation Report, a Curriculum and NGN Alignment Psychometric Exam Audit, a Regional Clinical Partnership Alliance Framework with market analysis and master agreement template, execution of a mock FBON probation removal audit, and a final Nursing Program Transformation Blueprint with internal staff transition plan. All deliverables must comply with digital accessibility requirements and be provided in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat formats.
Responses must not exceed fifteen pages, organized into four tabs: executive summary with company background and at least five client references from the past five years; scope of work and methodology; comprehensive pricing and timeline for each deliverable; and supplemental materials. Questions must be submitted by September 1, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. ET to Procurement Officer Orlando Aponte at oaponte@broward.edu. Submitted materials become the property of Broward College and are subject to Florida's Public Records Law.
