Respondents may claim Texas bidder preferences or other applicable state preferences. The scope requires new equipment only, with delivery and installation at Martin Creek Lake State Park (9515 County Road 2181D, Tatum, Texas 75691). The vendor must perform all equipment, machinery, offload, assembly, launch, calibration, and training necessary to provide a complete and safely functioning installation. A certified Launch installer must complete installation. All pricing must be quoted on an F.O.B. destination basis with freight prepaid and included in the unit price. Respondents must provide delivery timeframes and may be required to submit product specification sheets prior to award. All items must be covered by manufacturer's warranty.
The contract term commences upon award and automatically expires upon successful installation and final acceptance by TPWD. Evaluation factors include lowest price, ability and qualifications, delivery schedule, and past performance. TPWD reserves the right to make an award based on lowest price, lowest total of line items, or any combination serving the state's best interest. Payment will be made within 30 days of receipt of a properly prepared invoice and acceptance of goods and services. Responses remain binding for 60 business days from the bid due date. The successful bidder must comply with all general terms and conditions, including insurance requirements, indemnification obligations, E-Verify employment verification, and compliance with state and federal laws.
