The project involves replacement design of the existing salt shed on Miami Boulevard in Durham, which will serve as the main salt hub for NCDOT Division 5. Submissions must include a Letter of Interest not exceeding ten single-sided pages or five double-sided pages in 8.5" × 11" format, stapled in the upper left-hand corner without binders, tabs, or clips. Three copies must be submitted either by mail to 1525 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC 27699-1525, or by FedEx/UPS delivery to 1 S. Wilmington Street, Room 406A, Raleigh, NC 27601.

The total project budget is $2.217 million, funded through the General Maintenance Reserve with approval designation OC-25 #202742800027.
