About this opportunity

The Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART) is soliciting bids for a TSS Evaluation Unit Receiver through this purchase order opportunity posted on April 6, 2026, with a submission deadline of April 13, 2026. This procurement requires interested vendors to register on the Bonfire platform to access detailed project specifications, bid tables, and complete submission requirements. The specific deliverables, quantities, and detailed performance objectives are contained within the BidTable accessible through the "Prepare Your Submission" process on the Bonfire platform. Bidders must ensure all quotes reflect FOB Destination shipping terms with freight costs included in the overall price, as DART does not accept FOB Origin or Prepay and Add arrangements. All bids must comply with DART's Purchase Order Terms and Conditions, which mandate timely delivery as essential to contract performance. The contract is governed by Texas law with venue in Dallas County, and vendor selection will be based on compliance with specifications and delivery requirements outlined in the complete procurement documents.

The procurement documentation does not specify set-aside designations or restrictions limiting responses to particular enterprise types, nor does it identify any disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE) requirements or incumbent contractors. Vendors must certify they are not identified on the Texas Comptroller's list of companies with foreign terrorist organization ties and must confirm they do not boycott Israel, in accordance with Texas statutory requirements. Payment terms are established at Net 30 from receipt of invoice or receipt of the order, whichever is later, with invoices submitted in triplicate to APInvoices@dart.org. The contract allows DART to terminate for default if the seller fails to meet delivery schedules or performance standards, or for convenience when deemed in DART's best interest. Specific budget ranges or award values are not disclosed in the available documentation; however, interested vendors should register on Bonfire to determine the scope and associated contract value details.
