About this opportunity
The Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART) is seeking qualified vendors to supply and operate a TOD (Transit-Oriented Development) System Operators Monitor through this procurement opportunity posted on February 4, 2026, with a submission deadline of February 13, 2026. This purchase order procurement requires vendors to provide equipment and/or services related to monitoring systems for transit-oriented development operations, with all deliverables subject to DART's comprehensive Purchase Order Terms and Conditions. Vendors must ensure strict compliance with specified delivery timelines and rates, as failure to meet delivery requirements will result in rejection and potential default termination of the order. All bids and quotes must reflect FOB Destination shipping terms with freight costs included in the overall price, as DART does not accept FOB Origin or Prepay and Add arrangements. Invoices must be submitted in triplicate to APInvoices@dart.org with specific documentation including purchase order number, item descriptions, quantities, unit prices, and extended totals. Payment will be made on a Net 30 basis calculated from the later of invoice receipt or purchase order receipt date, with partial deliveries accepted when warranted.
The procurement documents do not specify set-aside designations, disadvantaged enterprise restrictions, or information regarding incumbent vendors and current contractors within the provided materials. Similarly, no specific budget range or award value has been disclosed in the available information. Vendors are required to comply with Texas Comptroller certification requirements and Israel boycott prohibitions, maintain equal employment opportunity practices, and provide commercial warranties equivalent to those extended to any other customer. All disputes arising from this procurement shall be governed by Texas law with venue established in Dallas County. Interested vendors must register with the DART Bonfire platform and access the detailed BidTable to obtain complete project specifications and submit their responses by the February 13, 2026 deadline.
