About this opportunity

The Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART) is issuing a purchase order for a new module LVPS (Low Voltage Power Supply) rectifier, with the opportunity posted on March 20, 2026, and bids due by March 27, 2026. This procurement requires vendors to submit quotes through the BONFIRE registration system, where detailed specifications and vendor response fields are accessible through an in-browser BidTable. All bids must reflect FOB Destination shipping terms with freight costs included in the overall price, and DART does not accept FOB Origin or Prepay and Add arrangements. Delivery timelines are critical to this procurement, as the seller's failure to meet specified delivery schedules constitutes grounds for rejection and default termination. Vendors must warrant that all supplies are of merchantable quality, suitable for intended use, fully compliant with product specifications, and covered by the most favorable commercial warranties provided to any customer. The purchase order terms require payment on a Net 30 basis calculated from the later of invoice receipt or order receipt, with invoices submitted in triplicate to APInvoices@dart.org containing the purchase order number, item number, description, sizes, quantities, unit prices, and extended totals.

The procurement documentation does not specify set-aside designations or restrictions limiting responses to disadvantaged enterprises or particular organizational types. No incumbent vendors or current contractors are identified in the available documentation, and no specific award value or budget range is disclosed. However, all vendors must certify compliance with Texas law, confirm non-assignment of the order without written consent, meet equal employment opportunity requirements, and represent that no public officials have pecuniary interest in the order. Additionally, vendors must certify non-identification on the Texas Comptroller's list of companies with foreign terrorist organization contracts and commit to not boycotting Israel during the agreement term. The complete Purchase Order Terms and Conditions PDF is available for download in the Supporting Documentation section, and interested vendors should review this document thoroughly before preparing their submissions to ensure full compliance with DART's requirements.
