The contract period of performance is 244 days from the effective date or notice to proceed, with no option periods. Pricing is fixed-price for standard work, with potential cost-plus fixed-fee arrangements for unforeseen electrical work. Award will be based on best value competitive procedures. Optional oral presentations may occur during the week of August 10, 2026, with final selection anticipated by August 14. The inquiry period closes July 20 at 4:00 PM; RTD responses are due by July 24. Proposals must not exceed 30 pages (excluding cover letter, resumes, and certifications) and must include technical specifications, cost proposals, organizational conflict of interest disclosures, W-9 forms, and key personnel information.
