About this opportunity
Baltimore County (Maryland State Department MSP Quartermaster Division) is requesting proposals for NetApp Commercial Off-the-Shelf software, installation, training, and manufacturer maintenance services under a PORFP with proposals due June 16, 2026 at 2:00 PM EDT; this is a Small Business Reserve (SBR) procurement restricted to certified small businesses meeting Maryland statutory requirements under State Finance and Procurement Article 14-501 through 14-505.
Proposals are limited to current Master Contractors authorized under the existing COTS 2012 Master Contract (060B2490021). Master Contractors must be authorized resellers for NetApp and provide a Letter of Authorization from the manufacturer or distributor upon request. The scope covers renewal of support and maintenance services for multiple NetApp storage systems, including FAS-8700 series high-availability systems, ALL FLASH FAS-A400 systems, and ALL FLASH FAS-A220 systems with storage capacities ranging from 23.04 TB to 1,800 TB. Services include 4-hour parts replacement, SupportEdge Advisor and Expert support with hardware and software components, SupportEdge Premium 4-hour onsite support, warranty extensions, and end-of-service-life extension fees.
The service period runs August 1, 2026 through July 31, 2027. Place of performance is 1201 Reisterstown Road, Pikesville, Maryland 21208. Evaluation criteria emphasize price and timeliness of delivery. Bidders must submit screenshots of manufacturer-suggested retail price, provide estimated ship dates and lead times, ensure pricing remains valid for at least 90 days after the proposal due date, and must not impose restocking fees for damaged or incorrectly shipped items. Questions close at 1:00 PM EDT on June 16, 2026. All proposals must be submitted electronically through the eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA) e-procurement system. The point of contact is Heather Stark.
