About this opportunity
The NASPO ValuePoint 25RFP-Doc1428590914 is a procurement solicitation for Procurement Assistance and Support Services, targeting state and local government entities nationwide. The Request for Proposal encompasses two distinct service categories: Category 1 focuses on Procurement Assistance Support Services (PASS), while Category 2 covers IT Research, Advisory, and Consulting Services (IT RAC). NASPO's primary objective is to consolidate these currently separate portfolios and establish Master Agreements with qualified vendors who can provide comprehensive procurement support. The solicitation aims to secure best-value services and potentially achieve more favorable pricing through collective purchasing power across multiple state and local government jurisdictions. Vendors must submit their proposals by 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on April 16, 2025, through the lead state's procurement system or the ValuePoint website. The RFP seeks to identify vendors capable of delivering high-quality procurement support services that can be leveraged by participating states, with an emphasis on creating strategic, cost-effective procurement solutions.
While specific set-aside designations are not explicitly detailed in the provided documentation, the solicitation appears to be open to a broad range of qualified vendors capable of meeting the comprehensive procurement support requirements. The RFP does not specify restrictions based on business size, minority status, or enterprise classification. There are no incumbent vendors mentioned, and no specific infrastructure or existing technology integration requirements are outlined. Although the exact award value or budget range is not specified, the procurement's scope suggests a potentially significant multi-state contract with substantial financial implications. The solicitation's structure indicates that multiple vendors may be awarded contracts, allowing participating states flexibility in selecting procurement support services that best meet their specific needs. Interested vendors should carefully review the full RFP documentation available on the specified websites to understand the complete requirements, evaluation criteria, and potential contract opportunities.
