About this opportunity

Berrien County, Michigan is requesting bids for comprehensive architectural and structural repairs to three historic buildings at the Rochester Hills Museum at Van Hoosen Farm, with proposals due October 6, 2026. All labor, materials, equipment, and supervision are the Contractor's responsibility. Work must preserve original material profiles, wood species, and historical appearances as the central capability requirement.
