Pricing proposals must be submitted on a per-trip basis for each service line offered using Attachment 2 - Cost Proposal. The University offers Net 30 payment terms with 0% prepayment discount and requires all invoicing in U.S. Dollars.

Upon contract award, offerors must register in SmartBuyMSU. International-based offerors must submit W-8 tax forms; domestic offerors must provide W-9 forms. Contract terms and conditions are outlined in the Sample Contract included in buyer attachments, with requests for exceptions subject to University negotiation and approval.
