The scope includes weekly full-service mowing, edging, string trimming, and litter removal from March through November (approximately 36 services per location annually) and bi-monthly rotations from December through February (approximately 6 services per location), totaling 45 rotations annually per station. Additional services include fertilizer application to irrigated turf areas in September and February, landscape trimming and limb raising eight times annually, and spring landscaping fertilizer application. The contract runs from October 1 through September 30 annually with a one-year base term and four optional one-year renewals. Bidders must provide proof of workers' compensation insurance, general liability of $1 million per occurrence, and business automobile liability of $1 million combined single limit prior to contract execution.
