About this opportunity
The Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART) is issuing a purchase order for a compressor isolator mount (Opportunity Number 2099306) in Dallas County, Texas. The procurement seeks a single component or assembly designed to isolate vibration and noise from a compressor unit in DART's operational equipment. The solicitation was posted on May 18, 2026, with a deadline for bid submission on June 1, 2026. Vendors must submit bids through the BONFIRE registration system, where detailed specifications and bid tables are accessible after initiating the submission process. All bids must reflect FOB Destination shipping terms with freight costs included in the overall price, and DART requires strict adherence to specified delivery schedules, with failure to meet timelines serving as grounds for order rejection and default termination. Invoices must be submitted in triplicate to APInvoices@dart.org and include the purchase order number, item number, description, sizes, quantities, unit prices, and extended totals. Payment will be made under Net 30 terms, calculated from the later of invoice receipt or order receipt date.
The procurement documents do not specify set-aside designations, disadvantaged enterprise requirements, or restrictions on respondent eligibility based on organization type. No incumbent vendors or current contractors are identified in the available solicitation materials. Vendors must comply with DART's standard Purchase Order Terms and Conditions, which require certification that they are not on the Texas Comptroller's list of companies with foreign terrorist organization contracts and that neither they nor their affiliates boycott Israel. All supplies must be of merchantable quality, suitable for intended use, and compliant with specifications, with sellers warranting the most favorable commercial warranties provided to any customer. DART is exempt from Texas state and local sales and use taxes, and any such taxes included on invoices will be deducted from payment. The specific award value or budget range for this purchase order procurement is not disclosed in the available solicitation materials.
